Sunday update, whatever caused the issue with syncing last week is fixed this week. iTunes Match uploads work on the first try now, even in MacOS High Sierra. Thanks @AppleSupport and @AppleMusic!

Is anyone able to successfully use iTunes Match on an older Mac with High Sierra? Mine started failing with an error about Genius - and then disables iCloud Music Library.
