God is sovereign. He doesn’t always have to explain His decisions, justify His course of action, or answer my questions. He just says, “Go your way.” So, I’m left to continue doing what He has told me to do and trust that He has a plan. And that is enough. (Daniel 12:8-9)
So many people on social media are accusing people of being narcissists. Not every bad experience you have with someone means they are a narcissist. Some leaders are just confident, strong, decisive, and clear. Maybe you did have a poor experience and maybe this person did hurt you. But did you ever consider that your season with some have only exposed your weaknesses and that it is time for growth. This doesn’t excuse what people do to us, but everybody gets hurt. Everybody gets offended. Life is tough. Wear a helmet. What Jesus did for you is bigger than what people did you. Forgive, grow, and move forward already. Don’t drag bitterness into your next season.
Dear @Uber
Please impose an absolute, nonnegotiable requirement to have fully functioning A/C in ALL of your cars. All drivers must comply or be terminated effective immediately.

@sola_chad The sin of assumption. Assuming God endorses our thoughts, actions, opinions, beliefs, paradigms, cultures, practices, vision, titles, positions, decisions, etc.
Eve scoffed at the one tree in all of God’s vast garden that she could not partake. Thus, begun the unraveling. Grumbling over small, unfavorable things leads to error. Instead, focus on all the wonderful things God has given. A life of gratitude is a life of happiness and holiness.
Higher degrees and positions don’t come with respect. You have to earn it. People may admire you at first, but true honor and loyalty are gained over a lifetime of trust, credibility, and competency. There is no such thing as 20-year-old legends. #Leadership
The greater the success the higher level of stress. Learning how to manage your emotions is critical to growth. If you can’t handle it here you won’t be able to handle it there. (Jeremiah 12:5)
You will make significant strides in your #leadership when you decide to be about the Father’s business and not your business. So much time is wasted when we build kingdoms unto ourselves rather than putting our hand to what truly honors God and best helps others.
