@Coach1984 @jpelzer Union County registered me as an Independent when I switched my registration back from Franklin County - even though I had voted in every Democratic primary since 1994. That’s what happened to Tim Ryan. Now, it’s a fair question why he didn’t vote in the 2024 Democratic Primary.

@MichelleMacCut1 @jpelzer @LPOhio I admittedly am behind the times. I wrote a paper on this topic in law school in 2008-2009 and remember how district courts consistently ruled against Ohio in favor of minor parties. I will have to read the 2013 case. Thanks for the update!
