@SamsungMobileUS @SamsungUS @SamsungMobile 2 days later and STILL nothing. Called again today, waited 48 MINUTES, and then got disconnected. No phone, no estimated delivery date, no solution, and zero empathy. I already PAID for this phone over 40 days ago. This is unacceptable.

@SamsungMobile @SamsungSupport Unacceptable service. I PAID for my new phone 40 DAYS AGO and still have NO PHONE, NO DELIVERY DATE, and NO ANSWERS. No supervisor will speak to me, and no one takes responsibility. Is this how Samsung treats its customers?

@CrisSotoDTorres Si ellos no son capaces de respetarte, se asertivo y evita un ambiente que pueda ponerte a ti y tu pareja en riesgo. Ya que la “situacion” Que ellos no entienden no es problema tuyo ni de los niños que tratan de embarrar en su pobre respuesta emocional y cognitiva.

@carlos_arnaud Es muy cierto, y puede llegar a ser muy complicado el manejo a veces, por eso es bien importante preguntar sin miedo, por otro lado le invitaría doc a mejor referirnos a “intento” o muerte por suicidio ya que el cometer implica crimen y el lenguaje en suicidologia impacta
