We enjoyed showcasing toothPASTE at the first N8+ Child Oral Health Meeting- around how midstream approaches like toothPASTE can help support families with autistic children feel confident & empowered in looking after their teeth- and tackle the autism assessment & support crisis
We were pleased to host the first N8+ Child Oral Health Meeting last week in Leeds. The event focused on the latest research and policy updates to improve children's oral health across the North of England.
We’re now the Centre for Young Lives.
Today we’re publishing the first in a series of reports in partnership with @ChildoftheNort1 setting out evidence-based solutions to the children’s #autism assessment and support crisis. https://t.co/Ww258lRXXa

Navigating public spaces that are not build with your needs in mind can cause huge sensory demands and overwhelm. These inaccessible spaces lock neurodivergent people out of everyday life.

Now listening to the amazing Edwina who has led the roll out. Plenty of further research opportunities to improve children’s oral health @BDCFT_RD@LeedsPaedDent@leedsdentistry
Amazing event hearing about @MECSH_UK in Bradford led by @BetterStartBfd @BDCFT. Some amazing health visitors and inspiring stories of the MECSH roll out in Bradford East. @iHealthVisiting @Brushing_HABIT
I strongly urge anyone interested in bettering the lives of children and young people to read the APPG report published by @ChildoftheNort1. Myself and @DrPeterDay were fortunate to help contribute to this report and further the case for children's oral health.
Here is the APPG report. Great that oral health is included and a fantastic opportunity to showcase some of our research and oral health programmes across West Yorkshire and beyond. @Brushing_HABIT@toothPASTEstudy@BRIGHTrial and BRUSH https://t.co/WJkIdMh5RH
