The worst trip home… @vueling Very upsetting flight home. The staff were awful and left me feeling dreadful Couldn’t get through to Vueling by phone in Spain or at home.. worst customer service I’ve ever had..

@mse.. massive thank you to the ‘Amazing’and caring staff at Southend hospital who looked after mum on Friday after her fall.. Angela the sister in the fracture clinic was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble.. lovely doctors and nursing staff #supporttheNHS
