5) I, too, run a business and, should I or my team ever make an error (we're all human), we do ALL that we can to make it right and NEVER at the customer's expense. You have only created more stress for this very anxious flyer. So incredibly disappointing.

1) @AirCanada I cannot express how disappointed I am in your "customer service". We fly out tomorrow for a trip to Scotland - a trip 10 years in the planning. We purchased our tickets in January of this year and paid more for seats with extra leg room for my 6'3" husband.

4) Our seats are now at the back of the plane by the washrooms as there are only 2 seats together rather than 3 and some possible leg room. However, there is no overhead storage for us as your equipment is kept there.
