@Olukunlebusayo@ibukun Awon seer, the ability is too much. Payment of salary and bursary to 10 students is delivering even in a saner clime like the United States. I will pin this tweet for assessment in the next 4yrs.
@abikedabiri Please ma, what is the government doing to get Nigeria removed from countries with restricted entry to the United States? It’s affecting Nigerians all over the world.
Today, in coordination with the Nigerian government, President Trump and the U.S. Military took decisive action to protect Christians from radical Islamists in Nigeria.
The Congressional Delegation I led to Nigeria this past weekend provided insight that some attitudes inside the Nigerian Government are beginning to turn in favor of protecting Christians — in addition to taking actions against those terrorizing Christians and moderate Muslims.
As I have said previously, the US was too late in Rwanda and too late in South Sudan.
This strike demonstrates the United States is taking the targeted killings in Nigeria seriously.
Ibadan, kini so? 🇺🇸🇳🇬
U.S. Consulate Public Affairs Officer Julie McKay ticked Amala Skye off her bucket list of things to do in Ibadan.
Where should she visit next time she’s in the city? Drop your suggestions in the comment section!

@Olukunlebusayo You will have to have a thick skin to deal with them. They are not worth any intelligent conversation anyway so you are better ignoring them and their posts.
It is with deep concern I offer my heartfelt condolences for the tragic loss of four lives due to the recent flooding in Anambra State. The news was disturbing to say the least.
The devastation caused by these floods is a stark reminder of the growing threat posed by climate change. Its effects transcend borders, tribes, and creeds, impacting us all.
While we cannot control the weather, we can work together to mitigate its impact. Responsible environmental practices, such as proper waste disposal and avoiding constructions in flood plains, are crucial steps in this fight.
This is the pivot of our messaging; that we understand the challenges of flooding and work together to mitigate it as we continue building resilience infrastructures for the future.
In this difficult time, my thoughts and prayers are with the government of Anambra State, most importantly, families and loved ones of the deceased. May they find strength and solace in the days ahead.
