@GeneralsUpdates Honestly looking for clarification here so correct me if I misspeak but Klepov is Russian-born therefore is qualified as international, right? He could only get to the CHL through the import draft. It's not like he had the same choices afforded to Malhotra.

@GeneralsUpdates Klepov, RUS (1st): committed 11/18/24, was a 2025 1st Rd import choice.
Malhotra, CAN (2nd): committed 8/6/24... Agree with you here.
Harper, USA (3rd): committed 9/17/25, was a 2025 3rd Rd pick (as an 08).
So only Malhotra fits this? Other 2 committed after 11/7/24 change.
