@FrankeUK just received my new Minerva 4 in 1 tap but doesn’t appear to have the parts to connect the hot water to mains hot water even though the manual suggests it as an option. Am I missing something?

@Ocado there do not seem to be any slots available at the moment. When will you release some more? As a smart pass customer (soon renewing at a larger cost to previous years) it is unfortunate to say I am not getting the service I expect or am used to.
