1. 从「生成正确」到「收敛正确」
这是最重要的范式转换。
传统编程假设：人脑 → 精确设计 → 正确代码
Agent 工程的新现实：初始状态大概率是错的，但系统具备从错误中收敛的能力
这实际上把软件工程从「演绎推理」变成了「贝叶斯推断」——每一轮迭代都在更新对"正确系统"的后验概率。

“概率性工程收敛”，本质上是在说：

大型 Agent 工程的核心不是“生成正确代码”，而是“构建一个能让项目状态在误差空间中持续收敛的闭环系统”。

这个系统至少需要：

· 高质量的多层验证器
· 清晰的项目状态表示
· 稳定的错误归因和回归控制
· 分层收敛结构，尤其是 Embodied 场景
· 项目内/跨项目的失败经验库

如果这些成立，Agent 就从 Copilot 变成了真正的 Autonomous Engineer——不是因为它一次能做对，而是因为它能持续把项目推向可交付状态。

还没试着焊，也没见谁焊过。

不是故意划清界限，主要是出口不一样：Pi / DSH 最后是改文件、跑命令；我们这边指令从通道出去，现场设备就真的动了，所以 LLM 只负责听懂，真动手得过确认门。

模型倒是能共用，理解层我们本来就在用 DeepSeek。跟现有系统对接，目前更实际的是指令进、动作出，接到各类现场节点上执行——还没走到把三个 harness 拼成一个。

最近刚扫完 Pi Agent 的源码，又出了 DeepSeek Harness，学不完根本学不完。顺手把手上的 embodied-agent 对了一下。

Pi 和 DSH 都是软件世界的 Agent，EA 是物理世界的 Agent。

Pi 是应用层：扩展一个现成的 Coding Agent，CLI 是主角。
DSH 是框架层：重组整套 Agent 产品，连 Loop 本身都是插件。
embodied-agent 是运行时层：一套 Runtime 适配不同行业领域，LLM 只负责理解，物理动作必须过确认门。

所以 Pi / DSH 吃的是代码和指令，吐的是 diff 和 shell；我们吃的是现场信号和传感器，吐的是物理动作，以及可审计的 L3/L4 outcome 🫡

最近看到不少关于独立开发者的思考内容，想着就 Mole 从开源 Cli 到 Mac 付费软件这个过程来给大伙聊一聊我的思考和做的哪些事情是有效的，希望可以给大家一些帮助。

1. 开始之前要多培养自己在产品工程师的能力，这个里面代码能力只占 30%，更重要是如何把自己的痛点和大部分用户痛点结合起来，产出一个方便易用的产品解决方案，同时懂得如何更好的推荐给你的用户，让他们发现多亏了有这个产品解决了我的一个大问题，也即产品工程师=用研+产品+工程师+运营+数据+商业这几类角色的综合体。

2. 接上条，AI 时代代码壁垒越来越小，更需要把控的是如何做到把 Token 刚好花费到解决用户问题上，然后把更多 Token 用在你的需求分析讨论、数据下钻挖掘问题、内容友好性易读上面，因为即使你是多个 250 刀的账号其实也不够用的，不介意多花 Token，但需要用到实处，Token 在我看来属于投资，但是投资也需要讲究收益。

3. 聊到需求把控，不做什么远比做什么要重要太多了，在我大一刚刚入门程序员时候，非常幸运看了不少讲工程师修炼的书籍，如无必要 勿增实体、至繁归于至简慢慢让我在生活、工作、代码中都保持这个习惯，讨厌繁琐和乱，喜欢漂亮简单、不要看说明书就可以用的东西。

4. 你完全不需要给你的产品憋大招，你需要尽量做到每周都有发布，每周都有Release，及时解决用户的问题，和用户形成人与人交流那种真实的活人世界的互动，非常重要，每次你的发布、更新、宣发其实都是一次非常好和用户沟通的机会，也让你的产品持续的可以让更多之前没有看到你之前消息的人了解到。

5. 聊到产品运营，尽量尽量少用AI话来让你和真实世界交流，推特是一个非常好的渠道，可以让你的好东西被很多人发现，只要好用，会有大量的朋友帮你宣传，但是千万不要做那种蓝勾互关以及互推的路，没有必要凑这种虚假繁荣的热闹，因为你的用户不在这里，产品运营一定有一个前提，是你的产品是漂亮的、精致的，让之前不知道的人第一次见到就很有兴趣来点击试用你的产品，而非快速刷走了。

6. 可能你会说“我”没有啥粉丝宣传没有用，其实不太对，但是也非常不建议大家抱着很深的功利心去把自己账号做上去，因为这样会让你焦虑，反而把你的号也当做一个品牌去建设，你自己就是这个品牌的本身，你的思考、想法、产品更新、见解、交流、评论都是在给你的自己品牌在加信任值，信任这个东西在当今虚假又繁荣的AI世界尤其重要，太太太说着非常牛逼，但是点进去感觉一般的东西已经把大量用户的预期拉低非常多，导致即使你有一个好产品，但是没有任何用户信任，依然还是得不到关注，这里可以做的非常长期，你在互联网上待多久，这个品牌其实就会活多久，是你生命周期最长的产品了。

7. 聊到用户信任，就一定要聊到真诚，我还是非常喜欢开源、喜欢非撕逼的友好网络环境，也很建议你的产品一开始就是全球化的或者说是出海的，也非常建议大家多发英文类的内容，你会发现世界很大，你的用户很广，你的用户会非常从一开始就信任你，以及力所能及帮助大家，绝大可能你帮助的人会成为你未来的用户，因为有过真实交情。

8. 尽量不要去花钱推广，但是可以靠自己多让你的好东西的用户中刚好也有博主，推特我感觉其实脉冲很高，但是时效一般，反而非常建议你有些东西可以发到 Youtube，这里的衰减度非常慢，你的产品只有够好，有人推荐，可以在上面火非常长时间，给你带来很大的收益。

9. 一定要学习数据分析，这个特别有用，从你的销量数据分维度分时间去分析，结合流量数据，结合用户评论，以及你和用户交流的所有内容，以及用户的退款原因，假如是开源产品，还有用户的所有issue，都是非常宝贵的数据资源，能够帮你发现特别多你不知道的问题，也能够帮助你做到更好，以及发现销售的漏斗，你才会知道如何更好优化。

Today we are releasing Cloudflare OS, a chatbot with connectors, just like every other tech company is doing.

Except actually, it's different. This is a remake of Sandstorm[.]io, my startup from 10 years ago, except this time built on Cloudflare Workers (the platform I've spent the last 9 years building) and deeply leveraging AI. This is more or less the culmination of my secret 10-year master plan.

This is a full-on personal app vibe coding platform, in which the sandbox is so secure that you can pretty much go wild -- the AI cannot introduce a significant security bug. We believe a company's security team can feel comfortable giving non-technical users permission to vibe code and then sleep soundly at night.

How is that possible? It's the Sandstorm security model, revisited. A "Gadget" is the same thing as a Sandstorm "Grain": a fine-grained app instance. For example, if you have a document editor app, each document runs as a separate instance of the app, in a separate sandbox (one "Gadget").

This means two things, both of which I think are Big Deals:
1. The platform can manage all access control, by controlling who can access the Gadget at all. There is no way the Gadget can accidentally leak itself to an attacker -- even an attacker who has access to other Gadgets based on the same app.
2. Since everyone is running their own copy of the code, everyone can freely *modify* their copy of the code.

Think about #2 a bit more.

What if, when you wanted a new feature in the software you are using, you could just prompt your agent to add it?

This doesn't work in the cloud Software-as-a-Service model, because you are not running your own copy of the app.

Sandstorm tried to change that 10 years ago, but the world wasn't ready, because not enough people had the skills or patience to actually modify their software. AI has changed that. Now you just ask the agent -- the same agent that you are using to help you interact with the Gadget can also modify the code of the Gadget.

And it is so fun.

Cloudflare 今天开源了 Cloudflare OS，正式改变了saas的范式，宣告saas死刑：实现了每个人都可运行团队其他成员的应用代码副本，每个人就可以自由修改复制的saas副本。

这正式改变了saas范式：想给软件加个功能？不用给开发者提需求排期了，直接让 agent 改。这在 SaaS 模式下是不可能的——因为你从来没有运行过属于自己的应用副本。SaaS 时代的逻辑是"千人一面"，AI 时代可能真的会走向"千人千软件"。

它解决的是一个所有企业落地 AI 都绕不开的死结：怎么让非技术员工放心地用 AI 写应用，而安全团队还能睡得着觉？

其背后是 Kenton Varda（Cloudflare Workers 之父）憋了 10 年的一盘棋。表面上看又是一个"带连接器的聊天机器人"，每家科技公司都在做的那种东西。

10 年后，AI 把这个前提彻底改写了。Cloudflare OS 就是 Sandstorm 的重生版：基于 Workers 构建，深度结合 AI，本质上是一个"公司级的个人应用 vibe coding 平台"。

三个亮点：

1️⃣ Gadget 沙箱（对应 Sandstorm 的 Grain）

每个应用实例跑在独立沙箱里：你有一个文档编辑器，每份文档就是一个独立的 Gadget，平台通过控制"谁能访问哪个 Gadget"来收口所有权限，AI 写出漏洞也漏不出去。

2️⃣ Gatekeeper 权限网关

Agent 默认零权限：想访问 GitHub？Gatekeeper 可以只给一个仓库、只能读 issue 不能读源码、合并 PR 要人工审批。凭证完全隔离在 agent 之外，生成的代码只拿到一个类型化的 capability。

3️⃣ 污点追踪式的数据治理

这个最狠：平台记录 agent"看过"的每一个资源。Agent 读了敏感数据表做出一个 dashboard，别人打开这个 dashboard 时，系统会先验证他有没有权限看原始数据。分享产物 ≠ 绕过权限。读过敏感数据的 agent，甚至会被限制对外发请求。

Cloudflare 内部已经全员用了几个月，非工程岗的人每天在上面做文档、做数据看板、跑自动化工作流。现在核心代码 + 部署模板全部开源，任何组织都能部署一套自己的。

10 年前太早的想法，AI 让它到了正确的时间。
