In the case of PDP this morning, Wole Olanipekun, SAN, representing Tinubu & Shettima, interrogated a witness who is also a lawyer.

He asked the witness if the Guinean Authorities had confirmed the existence of Tinubu's Guinean Diplomatic passport, to which the witness replied that the former President of Guinea, Alpha Conde, had already confirmed Tinubu's Guinean citizenship. Olanipekun yelled at the witness to answer the question, and the witness reiterated his previous response - that Alpha Conde stated he had granted Tinubu Guinean citizenship. Olanipekun persisted in demanding an answer, and the judge requested the witness to respond. However, the witness maintained his stance.

The lawyer informed the witness that the passport had expired in 2020, but the witness promptly clarified, saying, "The data page expired, not the citizenship. Tinubu is still a citizen of Guinea."

With a heavy heart, the lawyer asked the witness if he wanted to be scandalized, and the witness retorted that he would not engage in forgery to avoid any scandals.

At this point, the lawyer turned blue in the face and yelled at the witness to answer his questions. However, one of the judges, Justice Bolaji, intervened, stating that the witness had already provided a response. "He has answered you, please."

The witness delivered a forceful punch by asserting to Olanipekun that he does not forge documents, and then graciously thanked the judge for coming to his rescue.

The lawyer asked if the witness was a PDP member, but the witness replied that he is obedient.

3. They praise cos he directed DSS and EFCC to work well, but even in the failed Buhari govt - Osinbajo fired a DSS boss for meddlesomeness.

4. Subsidy was already removed by PMB with law backing it and by budget. Tinubu announcing it unprepared is crass showmanship.

The challenge with a failure like Buhari being in govt is that he sets the bar so low that every Tom Rick and harry is now looking like a star.

Nothing noteworthy has been done in the last 2 weeks. Just regular talks and meetings in Aso Rock, our big issues are still here

- Insecurity
- Bad economy
- Poor Infrastructure
- Youth Hopelessness
- Ethnic/Religious Tensions
