@Wickes poor service. Ordered Water butt for mother. Delivered and we installed over Xmas but tap was missing. Contacted @Wickes for replacement which cost £4. Not prepared to send out but would have wasted petrol collecting it if we had not installed. Bad eco, bad service.

@AskDyson I am beyond frustrated. 2nd incorrect battery sent for my upright vaccum after struggling to contact support via phone, WhatsApp, digital assistant and email. NEVER recommend dyson again. Useless.

@AskDyson your support systems are poor. Telephone support 30 min wait, digital assistant not working, WhatsApp I spoke with last week and has not been actioned. Now no one is answering. No email support either. Poor customer service.
