观察过一些朋友，创业折腾二三十年下来还是在原地打转，操作的方法和规模没有本质的变化，或者遇到某个瓶颈，卡壳了，就很多年无法进步。他们在思路上有个严重的误区，就是：

从来没有思考过自己在哪里可以建立起某种可以不断积累的结构性优势。

然后在自己没有任何结构性优势的情况下，不断幻想可以靠蛮力，超越其它竞争者，获得超额的回报。每次失败遭遇损失后，认为是自己蛮力用得不够，然后下次用更大的蛮力在新的没有明确优势的地方继续下注。最后年纪大了，累了，身体不行了，就放弃认命了。

这里的关键词是 “结构性优势”和“可不断积累”。每个人可以建立“结构性优势”到切入点都不一样，要从自己的微小兴趣和特长开始，哪怕是再微小，只要有优势，只要优势可积累，就能在自己选择的战场上，不断积小胜为大胜，而且到后面越来越容易。
