@RogersHelps Emails? Actually using the messages feature that you have in your app? Phone calls? There are so many better ways to be upfront with your customers.

@Rogers thinks that putting a notification on page 3 of your bill telling you that they are increasing your plan rate is an effective way to communicate with their customers. I don’t think so. Thank u, next.
