Congratulations to all current and past NHS staff on being awarded the George Cross by the Queen.
Next award to them and all key workers should be a pay rise to ensure they get at least the @LivingWageUK real living wage.
I know I sound like a broken record, but I'm just not hearing it enough elsewhere.
Cancer services are still not properly moving. Honestly, what is going on?
Government completely obsessed with a 'second wave'. Cancer is still growing, undetected, in thousands. So frustrating.
If everyone who is grateful for NHS staff right now followed and retweeted, we would reach a million by midnight.
It will take just two seconds to do, and you can help us share important information that could help save lives.
We know that many people are gutted about the election result - we are too
But now is the time to come together, be strong, and give NHS staff the lift they need to get through the winter
We think they are all completely amazing - please RT if you do too

my grandad, 95 year old WW2 veteran Roy Miller, was attending remembrance services in London this week, and has LOST his green military beret, probably in or around London Bridge Station.
if anyone has seen it, please let me know! @TfL
There’s a lady on my mum’s hospital ward who has dementia & keeps getting so distressed as she thinks she should be working. A nurse started letting her help take the dinner orders & sit at the nurses station The lady is so happy & my heart is glowy at how brill our nurses are 💖
Went to cinema yest for 8:45pm showing, but it was 9:17 before the film actually started.
CINEMAS we pay to see films! Fine show 5/10min of ads & trailers, but this inflation to 33mins isn't on. Either cut pre-screening times, or tell us actual start times too.
RT if u agree.
It’s gutting to think that Boris Johnson has over a million followers despite being so eager to put people’s lives in danger, yet we only have 450k
Please follow and RT to help put this right

Well fancy that. NHS bosses confirm Johnson’s ‘new cash’ was indeed all spin:
‘The letter, from NHSE/I chief financial officer Julian Kelly, confirmed that £1bn of the additional spending in 2019-20 would be met through “trust’s own income and reserves’

£1.8bn sounds like a lot of money.
But the NHS actually has a backlog of around £6bn of repairs or replacements that need carrying out.
Please RT if you won’t fall for the spin and help raise awareness of ongoing underfunding by this government.

We rarely post anything from political parties, but couldn’t agree with this more.
Richard Branson, does your tweet mean you’re happy to return the £2 million you sued the NHS for?
Please RT if you also think he should give it back.
