RG spoke in English at Kota rally. (Although he didn't, he used Hindi and English both). Suddenly that's a problem. What does that say about a country's education system that you are worried a majority of its students don't/won't understand the global language of communication?

English is NOT a mark of intelligence. It is ONLY a means of communication. And it is worrisome that you are aware a major chunk of the country's students are at a considerable distance from using this and yet, advocate for spoonfeeding them and not strengthening the educational system that has so far failed to empower them in such a simple but significant way.
