Control Resonant is the most "post covid" game I've ever seen. Maybe the only one. a literal 7 year lockdown precedes the story and almost all the characters have had their brains broken by it in some way. And it was essentially a failure anyway. The hiss breaks containment

Nothing besides Cryo feels “endgame”. There needs to be a legitimate, true, endgame challenge in every map; that is, an extreme test of endurance, puzzle solving, or skill that gives you the opportunity to get some of the high tier loot in the game. I don’t understand why that is relegated to Cryo exclusively.
