@thetrainline Hi thanks for the reply, it was explained due to the split ticket system that you sometimes use, customers don't always realise that their seat reservation doesn't work till later in the journey. And this isn't always clear. Have a good day 😊

@LNER @trainline Yes we seemed to but my seat info said to Retford and the lady was on for a later stop. But this isn't the first time I have had people tell me they have the same seat when they used Trainline, that is why I thought I would tweet and check what the procedure was.
