@British_Airways We have, only after two lies of it being delivered, waiting around the house, taking days off work and keeping us waiting after an 8 hour flight with two small children for 4 hours at the airport. We've always been loyal customers and the service was not what we expected with BA.

@British_Airways lost our baby's car seat and carrier...apparently they've been found now and supposed to be delivered tonight between 7-9pm. It's now 9pm...so ridiculous.

Only ever fly @British_Airways when we fly. Last flight home our baby items were lost & took days to come to us and the car seat given to us was 100% not suitable. We've filed a complaint and would like to hear back, it's been weeks! 24310074 reference number #badcustomerservice

@MareadelPortill @WRHospital No shoppers store around the windsor essex county area do them. Only in Toronto. I have called all the stores and they said the assy centers are doing them .

@British_Airways I have booked a standard economy ticket which includes a checked bag free Heathrow to Toronto Pearson. I'm traveling with an infant (under 2 on my lap) is the infant entitled to a checked bag as well? Totalling 2 checked bags together ? Thank you
