@Peroneal_ Nested case control is different. It’s a part of a bigger cohort study. Kinda like a case control study in a cohort study. In a sub-cohort in a bigger cohort, for every case that occurs , a control is chosen.

@RupeshK1192 @karthik2k2 I don’t think that’s right in general (here it may be ). Sometimes doctors do give some unconventional combinations but they may have a rationale behind it. Pharmacists should ideally adhere to the prescription, as anyways liability is on the doc only 👍

@DrAkhilX Filarial worms live in endosymbiosis with Wolbhachia inside them. The bacteria is essential for growth and fertility of filarial worms. Doxycycline targeted therapy has also been tried. If this is tried in India, could it have any repercussions in filarial control ?

@Deadlykalesh I request @Swiggy @IRCTCofficial to kindly do away with this. Or at least assign only one order to a DP and delivery should be done at coach entrance so that DP doesn’t need to enter the coach and put themselves at risk.

@Deadlykalesh This is honestly a very bad concept. I tried it in one of my trips, there’s only one DP for multiple coaches. So that DP should communicate with the customers in different coaches and deliver them in a span of 3 mins which is nearly impossible. That’s why tend to take such risks

@thenerdnxetdoor Starting their own GP is the way to go, which is fairly easier in tier 2/3 cities. Hospital setups tend to exploit them only as they have many FMG alternatives to work for similar pays !

@navsodem Health hazard is also there. Certain diseases like bird flu influenza, spread via birds there’s a possibility our country might be introduced to something which wasn’t present here otherwise. Govt should be able to screen them before it’s brought into the country.
