@DavidZipper V2X is the only tech to force local or temporary speed limits, so you don't have to rebuild every road, and it's not as expensive as (non-existent) FSD. E.g. suffering people in ambulance ICU are surely not happy with speed bumps and they need to be taken to a hospital quickly.

@DavidZipper What would be the effect of slowing down cars in the US? Where would you start? Helsinki has streets, sidewalks, bicycle routes, the US has roads and parking lots - for cars. It takes longer to walk through an US parking lot than it does to walk from home to a café in Helsinki.
