my take, just east normal curd 1.5-2x and you pretty much get similar macros and protein.

@smitabarooah In India does everything as they like. and if you ask not to, then they start fighting. only reason societies in gurgaon see compliance is because, if you dont comply they fine and if you dont pay, then they switch off your electricity for not paying full dues.
