@FedExHelp I am not able to send a DM, it rejects my message. I am desperately trying to get hold of someone about a delivery tomorrow.

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

😂

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@lovemylexy @Optus did they end up disconnecting you after 3 hours on hold? that was my experience....twice....

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@Optus great, want to confirm how that actually works seeing as your website is telling me the service is CURRENTLY INVALID??????

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@Optus hahaha hilarious! none of these things cause you to call people back!

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

6 days later, still no response...anyone at @Optus who actually knows how to actually log into your website and view home broadband data usage?

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@Optus 2 days later, no response....👍🏻

@Optus 2 days later, no response....👍🏻

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

Disgusting and disgraceful harassment of my elderly mother in #isolation @Optus - other providers giving free internet. Optus cutting off service and withholding data. You should be #ashamed #Optus

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@Optus Is there a reason you cannot just reference the account above and read the notes? Do you work for Optus or is their twitter account randomly outsourced? How long will we go around in circles?

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@Optus You can review notes under account 62160627287 if you really want to help.

[National Emergency Management Agency @nemagovau]

Today our Dep. Coordinator Abi Bradshaw was in the Bega Valley Shire listening to locals. She also met with Principal Lia Martin of Pambula Public School to discuss the impacts of fires & spoke with local radio about the current situation & support available.

@HMRCcustomers No clue. You sent me a letter, I’m trying to pay you money. Onto phone call 4 after your joke of an “online chat” wasted another 30 mins.

[Tricia Lane @toushy77]

@HMRCcustomers After 3 international calls and one hang up, can anyone contact me about how to PAY YOU MONEY? It’s your mistake, my credit rating at stake and I live in freaking Australia so I cannot send you a CHEQUE????
