@VirginTrains @nationalrailenq Thanks. Just to let you know we've now stopped in Rugby. You sent us on a pointless 2 hour round trip. It's very frustrating and you've eaten your own profits. Please do try and learn from this. I can't help thinking your station staff panicked and this could have been avoided 😠

@VirginTrains @nationalrailenq Just to let you know your coach took us to Nuneaton past Coventry. We were then told to get a train to back to Coventry. I asked the driver why he drove us to Nuneaton not Coventry
... he told us it's because that's what he's paid to do. I'm feeling a little unloved now. 😢

@VirginTrains @nationalrailenq OK so the nice but confused staff have put us on a coach to Nuneaton. Thanks. I'm not sure how I get to Euston from there but I guess we'll work it out. I'm also still not sure why you didn't just use the trains not stopping but not opening at the station ... 🤔

@VirginTrains @nationalrailenq No .. and as the roads are all flooded we can't really see that would help us anyway. Also its started raining again!. Surely it would make more sense to let us on one of the several trains that you keep sending through?
