@KLM I went through too much trouble to make sure my ticket had no errors so I could get back to my son who was ill. How did I go from having a confirmed ticket to having no ticket on the day of departure? @KLM who cancelled my ticket? Why am I paying for your error???

Since all your agents across the 5 or 6 countries I have spoken to cannot tell me who made the request to cancel or refund a ticket for one passenger on a 2-passenger ticket and for one leg of a round trip @KLM#KLMSCAM#whyshouldipayforyourerror
So @KLM seems to be running a scam! Cancelling half a ticket I already purchased and making me pay 6times the cost, 6 TIMES! For perfectly good ticket!!! @KLM please explain to me who cancelled my ticket and why?
