I am tired of being ignored after calling several times, passed around agents who have no answers, entering complaints on all your platforms! Who cancelled my ticket and why did I have to pay SIX TIMES the cost of a ticket I already purchased!!! @KLM #KLMSCAM #ownuptoyourerror

Since all your agents across the 5 or 6 countries I have spoken to cannot tell me who made the request to cancel or refund a ticket for one passenger on a 2-passenger ticket and for one leg of a round trip @KLM #KLMSCAM #whyshouldipayforyourerror

So @KLM seems to be running a scam! Cancelling half a ticket I already purchased and making me pay 6times the cost, 6 TIMES! For perfectly good ticket!!! @KLM please explain to me who cancelled my ticket and why?
