For the past 6 months, I've been quietly building something. It's been live the whole time, serving real customers in production.

Today, we're open‑sourcing the entire thing — for everyone. 🎉

Meet Replayfy: session replay, product analytics, funnels, crashlytics, and an AI agent that watches your users' real sessions and tells you why your product is losing them.

The problem I set out to kill:

Analytics tell you what happened — "conversion dropped 8%." They never tell you why. The why is buried in your session recordings… and nobody watches thousands of them.

So I built an AI that reads every session for you.

Ask Replayfy "Why did checkout conversion drop this week?" — it reads your real sessions, funnels, and analytics and hands you the answer in plain English, with the exact recordings as proof. Click one. Watch it happen. Your recordings stop being dead footage and become evidence you can act on.

And this is the real deal — not open‑core bait:
→ The full product is in the repo. Unlimited. Self‑hostable.
→ The agentic AI ships with it — bring your own model key.
→ Zero paywalled features. Cloud only exists to run it for you if you'd rather not.
