Designed to look and feel as native as possible, tüdü lives alongside your designs and let's you keep track of things. That's it.

Even the biggest companies with the deepest pockets are struggling to hire top design talent. And as usual, it comes down to a fundamental misunderstanding of what drives most great designers. They want to be surrounded by other great designers and a culture that cares.
The best designers aren't attracted to "blank slate/ground floor" (negative space) – you need to go actively create a positive image of design at your company they can picture themselves inhabiting. Typically includes:
-evidence of "creative spark" that already exists inside the company
-"values through evidence" - things you have done that demonstrate the function of design is important to your company (tip: saying you 'value design' does not do this)
-at least one other designer they admire is a believer
If you can't create these conditions yourself you need to go find someone who can help. It's extremely rare that a great founding designer will be enticed to do all this *and* design the entire product.
The @incident_io design team is growing! 🚀 We're looking for extraordinary brand and product designers to shape the future of incident management.
