@HMRCcustomers Great, web chat sorted it, perhaps push that a bit more in the automated response on the phone - I’m sure you could provide some data on high percentage of questions that get resolved on webchat that would encourage it!

@HMRCcustomers hello, I owe less than £3k for 2018/19 and did not put an X in box 2 on page TR6 of my self assessment. However I’ve just received a bill for what I owe payable by 31/1/20 when the above means it should be reclaimed through my 2020/21 tax code. Can you help?
