Well that was fast.
One bit the dust already:
Reform UK paper candidate who was elected in Bradford, Daniel Devaney, has resigned already saying he doesn't want to be a councillor and has gone away on holiday. Reform decided to put him on paper anyway, even though he resigned due to some questionable comments he made on social media in the past - he was elected anyway as thick mob would vote for anything turquoise 🤣 oh fun times ahead.
@NTCouncilTeam Temporary lights set up by Northumbrian Water on Forest Hall Road are all stuck on red. Traffic is backed up all way to lights at Clousden Hill pub. A member of public is having to direct traffic.
Can the BBC do wall to wall coverage of the Lib Dem’s win from Reform because if it was the other way round it would be reported as a seismic shift & an excuse to invite Tice & Farage on to everything 😵💫…
@HiltonHotels This was the same hotel where when my wife cut her toe open on exposed metal work by the pool she was offered a plaster and some ice and that was it. And the dangerous metal wasn't covered up.
Staff training @HiltonHotels is shocking. Had to have an ambulance called for my 4 year old child and the first thing staff did after calling for one is ask me to fill out an accident form with my name and address (info they had anyway from room number).
@HiltonHotels No one asked if first aid was required, if I was ok, if we needed anything. And then when ambulance came and I was taking paramedics up to room the staff didn't even see if we needed anything.
The Economist estimates that the annual costs of Reform UK’s manifesto would be around £200bn and savings around £100bn. The gap would amount to a colossal fiscal shock, blowing up the deficit and straining the gilt market to its limit https://t.co/t3hhM5dKmT
Nigel Farage says he is “open to anything” when it comes to replacing Britain’s NHS with “an insurance-based model”.
Patients would have to pay for healthcare with Reform.
Joseph Farage, Nigel’s nephew, avoids jail after pleading guilty to upskirting a woman in a Co-op. He admitted to placing a mobile phone “beneath clothing of another without consent” in July.
People who committed the same offence were put on the sex offenders register. He was only fined for £576
5 Council By-Elections yesterday.
Reform UK won…Zero😂
They’ve won only 7 seats from 184 by-elections since the General Election
They have just 53 out of 20k councillors
This political tsunami 😂
They aren’t opposition
Just loud mouths on social media
Upskirting carries a sentence of up to two years in prison. Nigel Farage's nephew has just pleaded guilty and only been fined. So that's what Farage meant by two-tier policing!
Today Parliament debated the issue of Violence Against Women and Girls.
I spoke about James McMurdock, the Reform MP with a conviction for violently attacking his former girlfriend.
Nobody who has served a custodial sentence for attacking a woman should be able to become an MP.
Starmer: "The Leader of the Opposition has been an MP for eight years... I can't recall her once raising this issue [child sexual abuse]."
Badenoch: "As a minister, I would not have been speaking on this specific issue."
Badenoch was Minister for Children and Families.
