Just of note to others back testing it is worth pointing out the 4H futures candles form at 6 and 10, while the cfd indices form at 5 and 9. So by testing for a 6 o clock start we have already had an hour sweep on the 5 candle.

@TradersConf Agree swing trading higher timeframes as others suggest - OR - go for the very low timeframes, even down to 15 seconds, and focus on the market for say 1-2 hours. Price is fractal and you can still get successful set ups even at quieter market times. Look at Stoics stuff on Ytube
