@coachkaitkeat Just because you accepted exploitation doesn’t mean others should or that’s it’s right. Passion fields prey on this mindset and that’s exactly why pay stays low. Wanting fair compensation (especially in these unprecedented times) isn’t complaining. It’s demanding better!
