@NotNicholasGurs@AmericanAir@Cowboyzinner Of all the people to post about being unhinged-really? Just reading the first page of some of your posts tells everyone they need to know.
@elonmusk It's difficult to understand real life when you live with your parents and order $9 lattes. Investing? What's that? Lockup expiration? What's that?
@ruf0385 To make sure it's accurate, put a ruler next to the product. It will figure out the exact dimensions. In the early days of AI, there was a lot of concern about hallucination; while it is still an issue, it has dropped dramatically.
@bot@elonmusk@Etsy Just wanted to share this. I have had my Etsy shop for the last few years, selling items here and there. I really set it up to help others use the products that I created when I got into 3D printing, etc. So, this weekend, for the fun of it, I gave my bot access to the store. Within minutes, suggested changes, looked at tags, improved the copy, and basically saved me about 20 hours. I then decided to have it help me add a new product to my store.
I took 4 photos of the product, gave it a brief description, and off it went. Created the listing, copy, image, and pricing.
This is amazing! In the past, I would have to spend time creating the copy, researching the best tags, etc. My bot offered suggestions; I approved. It made all of the changes in 15 minutes. Then, it offered to do A/B testing on a few products to see if free S/H would help drive sales. Of course, I said yes.
If it wasn't for AI, I probably would have retired. I was just telling someone today, "I haven't had this much fun being in tech in the last 25 years!" @omarchy for my OS, @grok , @claudeai -- this is a blast!
@ruf0385 It was working from the four photos and a one-line description of what the product is. It figured the rest out on its own. The tags, description, etc. were all handled by @grok
I missed Everything from Windows on Linux, so I built it for Omarchy.

Another Omarchy plugin I made: Find Cursor.
When you have a lot of windows open, sometimes across more than one monitor, it gets hard to spot the mouse pointer. Other operating systems have a fix for that, so I borrowed it. Double-tap Ctrl and two bright rings collapse onto the pointer to show you where it is.
It's click-through and never steals focus, so it won't interrupt what you're doing, and the rings only draw on the monitor the pointer is on.
You can customize it too: the ring color, how many rings, their size, and how fast they close in.
If you've ever lost your cursor, give it a try: https://t.co/NMs6RhmrmZ

As an Omarchy user, I really like the interface. The more I use it, though, the more I notice a few core tools I miss from my Windows machine. One of those was ZoomIt.
So I built it as an Omarchy plugin. If you're moving over from Windows, or you use ZoomIt on your other machines, take a look. It has the original features (zoom, draw, type, break timer, snip, DemoType) and a few new ones, like drawing over the live screen and copying text out of a snip. This was literally a 30 minute effort.
Press ? while it's open and a small window lists all the keys.
Hopefully you find it useful: https://t.co/RlkkK1WUYx
Just an incredible time to be alive and to have this much freedom. I haven't had this much fun in tech for over 25 years!

With https://t.co/DNWm7ssC2Y reverse engineering the Adobe and MS Office products, no one is going to miss Adobe. No reason to pay subscriptions. NO ONE is going to miss Adobe.
It used to be SaaS that was in danger. No longer.
@Stephen19718352 I switched to @Mintmobile 2 years ago and my monthly bill is $15. I don't understand why more people do not switch. Its the same back-end. No trainer.
Only exception - when Starlink comes out, I will switch.
I no longer fly with them. I am trying out Delta and United to see which is better. I flew from AUS-LAX-OGG-HNL on Delta, Alaska, Hawaiian Air and not a single delay. I can pretty much tell you if I had flown with AA, I would have had at least 2 delays.
In fact, my last major trip with AA was last July. Flying to St. John's. Flight delayed. Caused me to miss my connection in DFW. $12 voucher and had to spend the night. Then, early flight the next day, and even then, the connecting flight was delayed.
It's just sad how fast and low AA has gotten the last 2-3 years.
I know all airlines are doing this, but Platinum today is basically lower than Gold a few years ago. Just worthless. The only time I will choose to fly with AA is to use my points I have accumulated. That will be used to fly with Cathay for a trip to Asia.
Their Business and First class seats are awful compared to other airlines. JAL is the best, Cathay is 2nd.
Just my 2 cents.
Jobs, is dead and turning to dust. Treat people with honesty, integrity when you have a chance. If you do it for money, its a miserable life because its never enough and you always feel people are doing the same thing to you, that you do to others.
The golden rule is so hard for the smartest people, but very easy to the wise.
