@grabph Does this include no information be given to passenger beforehand? Be transparent at the very least, and allow the passenger to decide based on the upfront charges, hindi yung kelan ka pababa saka pa malaman ang charges. Ang mahal na po ng mga bayarin, so magtulungan po tayo.

Been using grab taxi since last week, mas cheaper na kasi than car (tnvs). This morning I was shocked na ang booking fee ko ay 79 for a 13 kilometer trip. Si @grabph is not very transparent about it. Kahit ang receipt walang breakdown ng fees. @LTFRB @LTFRB_Official please check
