@MTPHereToHelp incorrect challan and towing, I parked my vehicle at right side of convent street colaba( odd even parking) my vehicle was towed yesterday (even date). Sign board says no parking on odd dates. I cannot raise grievance on traffic police app for towing.Please clarify

@MTPHereToHelp I haven't heard anything from the concerned Traffic Division yet. Its been a week that my vehicle is still lying with them. As instructed by your office to Colaba Traffic Division they had to submit a report to your office immediately.Kindly expedite and release my vehicle

@MTPHereToHelp Sent email at 1:18 pm , no response yet. I have not violated any rules, the concerned traffic police officer (Mr Pednekar - [phone]) accepted it’s towing agency fault. They are not able to delete the challan from their end or send grievance .Please resolve this issue.
