@darrinatOCCS This is what I'll tell people who fear AI, we must learn to leverage AI, just like we learned to leverage search engines and even libraries, before that.
@OCCScharters It's been a real honor to hear Mr. Canada speak today! He is an inspiration and has changed education for the better. We need more people like him in the world.
@sarahhtiff@LeadershipTOL Great job, Sarah! I am so proud of you, not just of this huge accomplishment, but of everything you've accomplished. I feel privileged to work with you; you make everyone around you better!
It's #SchoolChoiceWeek! If you support school choice, I encourage you to take a minute to let your representatives know! Find out where they stand and vote to support #SchoolChoice.

Exciting discussions underway at our NE Ohio Board Training, featuring school board members from 13 OCCS-sponsored schools! Our dedicated board members are diving into the intricacies of House Bill 33, Ohio's Local Report Card, and best practices of an effective governing board.
@CFBNerds When I noticed how much it favored A&M I went to the stats and saw A&M +207% Expected Relative Performance in Scoring Offense. I assume like a lot of outliers it'll come down. I'm not putting my money on A&M finally performing @ the level of talent they've bough...recruited.
@ManuelScott The highlight of #OCCSconvo23 for me so far has been having the pleasure of hearing @ManuelScott tell his story. "Speech" or "Presentation" are not sufficient to describe the experience we had at our keynote; It was life changing for me. Thank You, Dr. Scott!
As we reach the end of #charterschoolsweek, I wanted to take an opportunity to dispel a myth about charter schools in Ohio.
Charter schools are public schools!
In fact, they are the most accountable public schools; If they fail kids, they can be closed.
Our VP of External Oversight reviewing the new Ohio School Report Card, at our Toledo School Board training. @cardinal15222, back in the "classroom", thanks Mr. Cardinal for providing clarity on what can be a confusing document for non-educators.
