Switched from spectrum to @att fiber, which everyone raved about. So far the worst decision EVER. The service is horrible. I’ve never had this much stalling, and loading with spectrum 😡

@GetSpectrum I called to cancel my service 12/14. Today I was charged $99.00. The rep on the phone said the cancellation request was PeNDING, therefore I am being charged the FULL price, for your mistake.
