This week, it felt like we entered a new phase of Covid. In March & April, we had panic, lockdowns, and surges… in certain places. The next phase (May-early June) saw cases & deaths plateau, we began opening up…and the seeds of complacency.
@ACSOSheriffs@AlamedaCounty Yep, just wanted to show that a different site is getting displayed if you use the given URL with https vs http. I think that the server routs the request to the acgov site when you try to access it with https.

This was a 1TB hard drive in 1937.
It was the largest vertical letter file in the world. 4000 SqFt. with over 3000 drawers 10 feet long managed by 20 workers.
Access speed was ~3 minutes per KB.
@assembla offered me several options on support calls, eg switching to monthly but always reversed the offer after talking to management. @tinyarrows seems to have experienced wild charges as well.
@assembla auto-charged me for a year (inactive account). Asked for a refund & cancellation right away (day 1 of new cycle). Took 3 weeks for billing to call me back, made several attempts to get ahold of them. Offered me a refund of 1/3 payed #assembla#supportfail@paulglynch
