@mydentist_uk I went to book a appointment where I was told I was no longer a nhs member.
The lovely lady told me that on my records that I last phone on 2021 which is not true. I phone in 2022 twice, but no one put it on my record... sort it out.. not happy

@StarbucksUK just been to your shop at Southampton Central by the train station. The ladies toilet are disgusting and your staff on the till was very rude to myself and my mother. For a coffee shop which is £3.75 hot chocolate.... not very good... sort it out...
