Here’s one of the TV interviews I did with @SABCNews, discussing menstrual product safety. I also spoke with Newzroom Afrika, eNCA, Kaya FM & other media outlets to share @I_MenstruateZA ’s position & call for safe & dignified menstrual products.🩸

I still remember how I felt in 2010 when @siphiweshabba scored that opening goal against Mexico. The feeling was priceless & I will hold on to that for now.
@BafanaBafana let's come back stronger next week and the week after. Asipheli moya la! 💪🏾🇿🇦

Welcome to a new week… starting your Monday on Family Day.
We live like we have time. Time to call later. Time to fix it tomorrow. Time to say it “one day.” But life doesn’t work like that.
Sometimes the last conversation… doesn’t sound like the last conversation. Sometimes the last hug… feels like just another hug. And then one day… you realise you ran out of time on things you thought you had plenty of.
So many of us are walking around with words we haven’t said… love we haven’t expressed… apologies we’ve delayed… and moments we’ve chosen to rush through.
Make no room for that kind of regret.
Not this week!
If they matter… show it. If it’s broken… start somewhere.
Send the message. Make the call. Say the thing.
As you step into this week… don’t just focus on what you’re building out there… remember to take care of what’s waiting for you at home!
#AHiFambeni… this is OUR time. 9AM to 12PM, let’s #BreakAwayWithKhutsoTheledi ❤️
Freedom fighter, mother, wife, enigma. South African icon Winnie Mandela's legacy is examined by her granddaughters in this incisive documentary series.
If you’re tired in a way that doesn’t have language… may today not feel heavy for you.
You don’t need to carry all of that.
Be gentle with how you read your life right now. Not everything that looks like loss is loss, and not everything that feels like silence is emptiness… some things are simply unfinished.
And what feels like an ending today might one day become the very moment you thank God for.
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” - 1 Peter 5:7
May this Good Friday meet you honestly, not where you pretend to be okay, but where you truly are… and may you feel, even if just a little, that you don’t have to carry it all alone.
Blessings to you and your family… #AHiFambeni from 9AM – 12PM as we #BreakAwayWithKhutsoTheledi
