@_mharvey Oh hi! It's me, the ride will be about 9km, easy pace with minimal hills (except whatever hills you need to get home from the end of the ride, Aotea Square). All the details are on my Instagram or the Facebook event: https://t.co/vr5I7aDsyi
I can't believe some of you are still posting here. Regardless, if you're in Tāmaki Makaurau I would love to see you at my bicycle rally on this Sunday at 10am, Pigeon Park, Karangahape Road.
@TheGradyConnell My only wish is to make it so the trains run during a public holiday weekend

This is why we spend a lot of money on transport and don't hit our climate or safety targets.
To be clear, we're not short on funding, social license or industry capacity to reduce emissions from transport.
We're desperately short on leadership and accountability.
Seen this happen for both Seymour and Luxon now.
It's always vindicating, but also sad that it has taken people on the ground to voice these issues, rather than journalists challenging politicians on the *incredibly clear* issues with their politics
NZ media is still so often like "we have to be balanced" and balance is running a Labour PR headline like:
"National won't release their numbers", which is true
& then for balance run a National PR line like:
"the gangs are part of Labour's coalition of chaos", which is insane
Actually though, why do liquor stores that only sell alcohol for wealthy people get special opening privileges? Just close everyone the same amount.
