This happened to me too but with an order less than £20. Contract is with @BootsUK who have an obligation to ensure we receive delivery; not for driver to sign your name and leave it in a rubbish bin. Shameful #BootsCustomerService

@BootsUK £142.03 order never received. Royal Mail left it in a “Safeplace” I NEVER nominated or authorised. Boots rejected my claim and told ME to pursue Royal Mail. I bought from Boots, not Royal Mail. Formal complaint raised. Please resolve this urgently.

@medicalmodelbri @ollieburtonmed I took my son here when he broke his arm. Nurse put the cast on wrong. Didn't realise it was nurse led at the time; was told a Dr available on video call if needed! Any further emergency I took son straight to Manchester Children's hospital directly

How dare she make you feel like that. I asked the GP practice nurse how a smear could be performed when due to my osteoarthritis, dysplasia and avascular necrosis I can't separate my legs very far; was told HCA can pull my leg to the side. Er, no thanks. So no smear

@lorrainecri1954 @e1duchess Oh, they offered me screening at my local hospital but doesn't quite hit the accessibility brief does it. Also brings the worry of being able to park and get around the large building.

@lorrainecri1954 @e1duchess Yes, same stairs too; I burst into tears. Had to call my husband back to wait outside with my walker while I pulled myself up the stairs. Inside, they told me there was a concealed lift 🙄 Didn't think to mention that on the phone and again, no call button for attention.
