@virginmedia Reset Hub appears to be working but states weak security ! Will see how it goes and will be back in touch if it looks like we will have problems with connection as we need to use for working on Monday. Many thanks

@virginmedia Followed instructions and still no WiFi. Also still says no issues at SG2 O have rebooted hub twice now

@virginmedia Yes just problem with WiFi. Ethernet connection all good. Checked all connections after 1st reboot of hub didn’t rectify the problem
