@ThomasCookUK was meant to be on a 9.30 flight from stansted to Orlando this morning - flights been cancelled, no one from Thomas cook available to speak to at the airport. Has taken about 6 hours to move us to a hotel for the night and still no update! Absolutely diabolical!
