5 pre-market runners and only one has a story. $FFR +34% to $1.36 on a term sheet for Faraday Future's robotics unit. $LGHL +81% and $NIVF +112% are bounces after a $3M note and a $1.25M offering. $NCI +48% and $BTTC +22% have no fresh news i can find.

Ask yourself.. Is it logical for the company to offer an 80% discount to market for a real "public" offering? The answer I believe is NO. I believe deal is already done, it's in warrants & locked. A likely queeze due to illiquidity of synthetic shares ahead of the closing.

Idk what happening here fully but I'm intrigued after $FAMI token move but knowing this is a legit project with AI inference and monster valuations already.

Guys - Had this shell on watch list back in February. A rare MM maker here. R/S was final cleanse, lender leakout secured, 100M F-1 reg. Whats important is not 13% stake in K25ai, rather that K25ai owns majority of NIVF common A. 898K free float is already over allocated!

Also - each of the other BOD members 10% beneficial ownership. Each of these guys were cohorts with Andy at OKx and served in senior leadership with him. OKx is only the 2nd. Largest crypto at 2B, and these guys were leaders and grew it into what it is today.
