@BerrabeTommy That our biology has adapted as well if not better for some people to go without (or minimise) plants. It’s an in interesting and certainly debatable topic anyway
@BerrabeTommy Yeah that’s fair enough but I’m still not totally sold that some people maybe from certain haplagroups etc cannot thrive without plants. especially when you consider, afaik, the MAJORITY of our evolution occurred during glacial periods. So surely the default would be to think….
@Will_of_Europa Did I see you post at some point that you had an issue metabolising fat? If so, how did you fix it? Gallbladder issue? Currently experiencing this and its driving my insane. Itching to do keto again for a while but cant 🥲
@theholisticnick Great write-up. Much appreciated Nick! Curious, would having major inflammatory reactions (puffy face, brain fog, depression) the day after hard workouts potentially indicate leaky gut? Maybe transient permeability from workout + dysbiosis baddies entering blood?
@chessplayer1112@yaakovweiner@GutOptimized Interesting idea. I’m guessing the logic is to starve out the bacteria and then use resistant starch to repopulate the good stuff? How long a fast is needed I wonder?
@SSJTRADES Seems to always depend. I get better statistical setups on the HTF framework on ES but cleaner execution fills on m1 on NQ. Depends on the approach I guess
