@EndicottInvests $UNH 50% discount never seen in 5 years this level of discount. Earnings Tuesday. Guidance may be reinstated. Due for a massive PE multiple re-rating.
You hit the nail on the head. These morons act like they weren’t buying hand over fist at 600 a share with high targets in the mid 700s and now saying the whole healthcare business is disappearing and they filing chapter 11 after hitting a 50% discount for the first time in 5 years. You can’t save stupid!
PLTR at a $333B market cap and UNH at $279B is like pricing a lemonade stand higher than Costco on the market because the stand says “AI-powered” on the sign.
Something to think about.
UnitedHealth $UNH
• TTM Net Income: $22B
• Market Cap: $279B
Palantir $PLTR
• TTM Net Income: $570M
• Market Cap: $373B
In the short term, narratives win. In the long term, numbers do.
Fake doctors: PHD, JD, APRN, CRNA, DDS
DMD, Chiropractic, podiatric,
Real doctors: MD, DO
The lights shine on the most when someone collapses on a plane and asks for a doctor.
Nurses making 35 an hour after 2 years of school be like: docs get paid too much!!! Whole time the res doc they working with has to run a second job or gig just to stay afloat since residents are paid less than McDonald’s managers, and have insurmountable student loans. Nurses are compensated far more than doctors for the first 4 years of employment. Even post specialization, CRNA salary scales against many physician specialties while providing significantly better lifestyle and hours. This incongruence in payment structure and benefits leads to entitlement and empowerment of nurses, promoting mid-level encroachment and casual disrespect towards care team leaders in a professional setting.
