@latitude_fs Still an appalling response. Optus and Medibank kept their call centres and access open. You guys have just gone underground hiding behind a static zendesk page.

News is that ⁦@latitude_fs⁩ has suffered a cyber attack and is contacting customers. Their website shows they’ve closed down their call centres (who are typically impossible to contact anyway). I’m not sure history will be kind to Latitude.
