@davidjewatson @chilternrailway At 0703, the estimated arrival time was 0704 (1L), as calculated by the national system Darwin. which would be ignored on the App (a minute is effectively a rounding error). Forward looking timings in that area are not always accurate as they are updated retroactively using GPS.

@garethreynolds The queues are for destinations, not for specific trains. Trains are counted before they leave London, so the available capacity for each at Wembley is known. The Pink queue would be loaded first with any spare capacity used for green (Haddenham) and Yellow (Risborough & Wycombe)

@YorksDavey There is nothing longer than 8 carriages in the current (or next) timetable on any day of the week. A little while ago, during disruption, two services were amalgamated and joined together at Banbury to form a 9-carriage train to London. Rare, like hens’ teeth!

@RailUKForums No. That is not at all how the queues are managed. The Yellow queue loads onto multiple different trains. It is not an ‘Aylesbury Queue’. The Yellow Queue is for all stations from Denham through to Aylesbury.

@SepsisUK The Network Rail signallers at Marylebone were also evacuated. No signallers = no trains can run. They control the whole area to just past Oxford Parkway and Bicester.

@GCAT1717 @chilternrailway Likely because of displacement of driver(s) due to disruption following the emergency services dealing with an earlier incident near High Wycombe. Prompt advice of known future delays is generally considered a good thing.

@Mike44395967 From High Wycombe? A one-off charter train (Dorridge - Bath) ran along the route this morning and it seems that some minor changes to the timetable were made to accommodate it.
