@Nickthedick96@BurrowBeliever usually its an enhancement on existing charges. No ones going in and checking, but if little Timmy grabs dad's gun and does something unthinkable, they'll investigate "how did he get the gun?" and if the answer is "it was loose on the coffee table" thats added to the charges.
@Intrinsic29@salembreaks Cards against humanity is fun for a few minutes then the game ends when everyone has pulled out their phone or the conversation is more interesting than the game
@RealBSouthwind@davidwhitlock00@AP Are the rights of Christians in American prisons being trampled?
If Catholics are being forced to eat meat during lent then yes, thats a problem.
@KilbourneF45092@RandoKneegrow@Simon_Cleret Ok I was interpreting you as saying "you can take money from your non prohibited brother and buy him a gun with it"
Yeah, gifts are an exception. My bad
@RandoKneegrow@Simon_Cleret The wording of question 21a is "are you the actual transferee/buyer of all the firearms... if you are not the actual transferee/buyer, the licensee cannot transfer any of the firearms to you"
That feels pretty clear. Am I missing something?
@orc_boi57911@terminallyOL The President is a civilian. According to the flag code he, like all civilians, is supposed to put his hand over his heart.
Saluting the flag without having served in the military is pure LARP.
@FranktheMarxist@Tokina2_ Tornado activity in the US. tornado alley and Dixie alley, which see the lions share, and the most violent tornadoes on earth.
The UK sees 2.2 tornadoes per 10,000 sqkm per sqkm. OK, NE, KS, and TX see about 4 per 10,000 sqkm, and, once again, they're considerably more powerful.
@FranktheMarxist@Tokina2_ So, a few things:
UK tornadoes are considerably weaker than US ones. The strongest you've ever seen is an if3 (roughly 180mph wind), once in '05. The average year in the US has 30-50 of those.
And the US mostly doesn't see tornadoes at scale-there are two centers of 1/2
